My passion for cooking came from my mom and Samoan culture. Growing up the youngest of 8 children, I was in the kitchens helping my mom cook for my family. Hearing my mom’s cooking stories and seeing the passion she had for Samoan cuisine inspired me to be the chef I am today.

Incorporating what she taught me with my travels around the world tasting different cultural foods and fusing it with my Polynesian style helped me create the menu I serve today.
